And then the time arrived to put it out there: I’ve started my own company. It has been a dream for a very long time, but I never really came around to actually do it.
\nBeing in Denmark has its benefits and starting a company is one of them. Denmark is extremely good in supporting startups in many different ways. Thank you so much for that ;-). After reading a couple of articles about being a startup in Denmark I finally pushed myself to actually make my dream come true.<\/p>\n
Of course I’m still in the very beginning of the whole process, but at least the start has been set. \nAnd then to answer the obvious question: it’s a web hosting\/consultancy company. The reason for starting up something like that is 2\u00a0fold: 1- I love being a system engineer and administrator. It has been a part of my life and I would not want to miss it for anything in the world. and 2- as a web hosting company my physical location is not limited in any way. I can do this from everywhere in the world, the only thing I need is a decent internet connection and I’m set.
\nSome of you know I’ve been doing the same thing as a volunteer for about 10 years for Breeze<\/a>\u00a0and I’m great full for the possibilities they gave me to learn how this fully works. This also gave me the experience I needed to make a good start.<\/p>\n
